1)Technical training.
Let users learn the system structure of Safeagle equipment, like main parts introduction, working principle, software and image process.
2)Operator training.
The operator training includes equipment operation and installation. Usually it will be conducted on site, to help operators master the operation procedures of the mechanical and electrical parts as well as the supporting software supplied with the equipment.
4. After-sales Services
1) 24 hours online service. It isn’t restricted by time and we’ll assign technical personnel to solve your problem immediately after receiving telephone and hear feedback idea of users and deal with them in time.
2) Remote control. Through remote support, our service can engage in electronically connect to the system via the internet. With this capability, our service engineers can rapidly assess potential system faults, diagnose a solution and often make necessary repairs remotely.
